These are photos of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation: An Oglala Sioux Native American reservation located in the U.S. state of South Dakota. Here men, women and children are forced to live in appalling poverty stricken conditions because of the neglect and ignorance of the Government whose members live in luxury while these people struggle in cramped conditions with little food and no running water. Many are unaware of this and others just choose to turn a blind eye but we need to get the truth out there and encourage more and more people worldwide to speak out against this as it’s completely disgusting and unacceptable for the U.S in today’s modern society. Reflections of a dreamer with the heart a drifter and the wild spirit of a lone wolf...
Hear me four corners of the world, a relative I am! Give me strength to walk Earth Mother, Give me the eyes to see, and the wisdom to understand, so that I may be like you, it's with your power only, I can face this wind we call life and pass it on.
My heart beats in sync with the universe and I am getting to know my higher self more every second that goes by. In my dreams I am forever dancing among the stars.
I am a vegan, animal activist and lover of nature. I adore wolves, the stars and the Aurora Borealis. I find peace in quiet moments when I can connect with the beauty and tranquility of the spirits of nature. I am on a journey deeper into my true self through meditation, spiritual development and most of all, letting go. The honorable wisdom shared with me by the elders has helped me open my eyes, my heart and my mind. It sets me free and I am becoming a better person because of that. I am also inspired by Celtic and Scandanavian cultures and lore. This is a place for me to focus on the things I find the most beautiful and escape from the chaos of every day life. I love hearing about the spirit walks and journeys of others and will try my best to help anyone based on my own experiences so far though I'm still learning too!
May you all be blessed with the love and guidance of the Great Spirit as you walk in the Mother's beauty and grace.
